The Advocates and the Community Foundation of Northern Kentucky present Ghoulish Gala 2010 to benefit the Northern Kentucky Children's Advocacy Center on Saturday, October 30, 6:30 to Midnight at The Newport Syndicate.

About our Work
The Northern Kentucky Children's Advocacy Center provides a coordinated response to concerns of child abuse in a child-focused environment offering prevention, evaluation and treatment to children and families.

Responding to child sexual abuse is a complex process requiring the input and effort of a wide variety of professionals. The Northern Kentucky Children's Advocacy Center is a place where community professionals gather to work toward the best outcome possible to ensure the child's safety and well-being.

As the designated regional children's advocacy center, the Center serves Boone, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Owen and Pendleton counties.

Stewards of Children--Darkness to Light

The Northern Kentucky Children's Advocacy Center staff are now trained facilitators for the Stewards of Children child sexual abuse prevention program. Read more about the program by clicking on news releases at left. This nationally recognized, research-based training was developed by the Darkness to Light organization and is available to community groups by calling us at 859-442-3200.

Adults who participate in Stewards of Children training will learn how sexual abuse impacts the entire community. They will learn about the long-term and often devastating effects that sexual abuse has on individuals. Most importantly, participants will leave with simple, proactive strategies for protecting children.

We need YOUR help to fight against child abuse and to restore children to a safe childhood. The NKCAC is a 501(c) 3 organization and all donations we receive are tax deductible. Click here to donate!
